2020 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock Review

1280 720 Throttle House

The Challenger Super Stock? Or is it a Dodge Demon?

The 2020 Challenger SRT Super Stock is the newest supercharged monster from Dodge. The Demon has been retired – as has its 808 horsepower. The Super Stock packs just one pony less at 807 horsepower. But it is still the most powerful muscle car available for purchase. This model is in a gorgeous colour with a fun name to match its playful exterior: Hellraisin. Thomas and James take it out on the Throttle House Test Track to see what it can do. And James explains how Dodge missed while marketing this car. Watch as they play around with a wicked amount of horsepower and a wailing supercharger.

Fast, Loud, and Above All Else: Fun

It may not win every drag race. It may not put down the most insane lap times. But it does put a huge smile on the face of anyone who takes it for a spin. A screaming supercharger up front and a thunderous exhaust out back make up only a portion of the excitement. As a muscle car the Challenger Super Stock accomplishes the task of being wild, loud, and powerful.

Thomas takes it for a sideways romp with some white smoke pouring out the back – in true Challenger fashion. He also looks to set a respectable time on the drag strip despite the unprepped surface. James discusses what makes the Super Stock such a blast to drive and why it is set apart from the rest of the American muscle lineup. Enjoy the episode!
